Tickets are delivered by email and include a QR code.

Please present the email containing the QR code at the entrance — either on your mobile device or as a printed copy.
3. Personalised Tickets
Tickets are issued to a specific person and are non-transferable.
4. Postal Delivery
Postal delivery is available only upon request. Please contact our support team after completing your purchase.
5. Delivery Time
PDF tickets will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours after payment has been received.
