Refund policy

1. General Right of Withdrawal

Under Austrian law, consumers generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for events. While special rules apply to distance selling contracts, services relating to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period are typically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal / Non-Refundability

For the event “The Chalet by Sports Illustrated” on 23 January 2026 in Kitzbühel, tickets are excluded from any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. Tickets are generally non-refundable, as they constitute a leisure service provided on a fixed date.

3. Refunds in Case of Cancellation or Rescheduling

3.1. If the event is fully cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded.
3.2. If the event is rescheduled to a different date, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Buyers who cannot attend the rescheduled date have the right to request a refund.
3.3. Partial cancellations or programme changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the event is fully cancelled or the change substantially affects participation.

4. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Goodwill Arrangements

The organiser may, at its discretion, offer alternative solutions (e.g., exchanges or vouchers). Any such goodwill arrangements will be communicated separately.
